Giving back to the community is extremely important to the team here at Tiger Building Services. That is why we are taking steps to create a youth mentoring program and integrate it into the very fabric of our company’s DNA. We will be focused on improving the life and career trajectory for kids aged 18 to 24 years old.

The Mentorship Program will bring youth aged 18 to 24 in for a 1 or 2-year program. They will be provided with a good paying job, high quality training, structure, guidance and an opportunity to build skills and a strong resume.
They will be exposed to ALL parts of our business and will be required to complete a curriculum focused on workplace safety, career planning, personal finance, speaking skills, and business acumen training.
